    Abstract: A rotor for an electric motor comprising a crankshaft extending along an axis (X-X) coinciding with an axis of rotation of the crankshaft, and at least one steel plate having slots for housing magnets. The steel plate includes a central seat, keyed to an outer side wall of the crankshaft according to an interference coupling, wherein the steel plate is coupled to the crankshaft at the central seat by a first tooth obtained on the steel plate, which projects towards the associated crankshaft and a first radial seat, obtained on the outer side wall of the crankshaft. The first radial seat has an isosceles trapezium cross-section delimited laterally by a pair of oblique sides converging towards the axis of rotation. The first tooth has a ā€˜Vā€™ cross-section with a pair of curvilinear side walls, suitable for interfacing against the oblique sides of the first radial seat.

    Abstract: A rotor of an electric machine comprising a drive shaft extending along a rotation axis, a plurality of foils provided with an insertion seat at which they are coaxially keyed to the drive shaft at a keying portion of the drive shaft, the foils globally having the shape of a circular sector extending from an outer edge, corresponding to an outer diameter of the rotor, and an inner edge, corresponding to a minimum or inner diameter delimiting said insertion seat which interfaces with the keying portion of the drive shaft. The keying portion comprises a lateral surface which interfaces with the insertion seat of the foils, wherein the insertion seat comprises locking portions, which interface with said lateral surface of the keying portion. At said locking portions, the foils comprise, on the side opposite to the keying portion, lightenings which give elasticity to the locking portions in a radial direction, perpendicular to the rotation axis.

A body incorporates a controller of the electric motor. The body is placed outside the stator and parallel to the axis of rotation in a position substantially tangent to the casing of the stator. The rotor includes a first and second cooling fan, keyed on respective first and second axial ends of the rotor, opposite along the axis of rotation. The first and second cooling fans generate respectively, with the rotation of the rotor, a first and a second flow of cooling air independent of each other. The first flow of cooling air is directed toward the first axial end of the rotor, and the second flow of cooling air is directed towards the body so as to cool down the controller.
