  • Publication number: 20230383603
Abstract: A foundation construction machine includes a tracked undercarriage, an upper structure mechanically connected to the tracked undercarriage, and a mast, whereon an operating equipment mounts for drilling. A kinematic mechanism mechanically connects the mast to the upper structure, and is configured for varying distance between them. A control station is used by an operator for issuing commands to control the foundation construction machine, and to display and/or input information about operation. A control system operationally connects to the control station and controls and drives the foundation construction machine as a function of operator commands. The control system includes a memory unit storing a data archive containing maximum values of the pressure generated by the machine on the soil, as a function of corresponding data.

  • Publication number: 20230323628
Abstract: A machine and method utilize a tracked undercarriage including a frame with a central body, front and rear transverse assemblies connected to the central body and extending on opposite sides. Each of a pair of lateral tracks is connected, at the front and at the rear, to ends of the transverse assemblies. The base machine includes excavation equipment having different working positions/configurations. Each of a pair of front load cells of the tracked undercarriage is mounted between a lateral track and the front transverse assembly. Each of a pair of rear load cells is mounted between a lateral track and the rear transverse assembly. Each load detects force data indicating the reaction force exerted between the associated lateral track and the respective transverse assembly. A control system computes a barycentre planar position of the machine situated substantially at a reference plane computed as a function of the force data.

  • Patent number: 10364604
Abstract: A device is provided for the movement and mutual assembly of segments of an excavation battery. The device includes four parts: an upper joint, a lower joint, a flexible element and a stop element. The upper joint is connectable to a driving tube. The lower joint is connectable to one segment of the excavation battery. The flexible element connects the upper joint to the lower joint so that the lower joint slides along the flexible element. The stop element limits the sliding of the lower joint away from the upper joint, and includes a ballast with a diameter that is less than a diameter of an inner duct in one segment of the excavation battery.

  • Publication number: 20170191313
Abstract: A device for the movement and mutual assembly of segments of an excavation battery, like for example auger or rod segments, for the composition of an excavation battery and for connecting the battery to a digging machine is disclosed. The device has: an upper joint integrally and removably connectable to a driving tube or to a rotary head of the digging machine; a lower joint integrally and removably connectable to a segment of the excavation battery; a flexible element that connects the two joints being constrained with one own end to the upper joint and connected with the other own end to the lower joint, so that the lower joint can slide along the flexible element moving with respect to the upper joint between a disengaged extended position, and an engaged contracted position; and a stop element that limits the sliding of the lower joint away from the upper joint along the flexible element.
