  • Patent number: 8052038
Abstract: A dispensing container for selectively holding and dispensing products has a resiliently deformable main panel with a centrally disposed pivot emboss extending longitudinally there along. One end of the pivot emboss terminates at a pivot panel located on the main panel. The container includes a spout panel positioned distally from the pivot panel with spout panel being at least partially selectively opened by deformation of the main panel along the pivot emboss. Deformation of the main panel may be imparted by inward squeezing motion to the sides of the container, which in turn causes the main panel to outwardly deform along the pivot emboss, resulting in opening of the spout.

  • Patent number: 4991365
Abstract: The present invention is directed to a foot and levelling mechanism (10) for attachment to successive, vertical frame members (13) in a relocatable wall (11). The foot and levelling mechanism (10) includes a first anchor block (50) secured to one of the successive, vertical frame members (13). The first anchor block (50) presents a downwardly directed wedging surface (60). A second anchor block (50) is secured to the vertical frame member (13) other of the successive wall panel assemblies. The second anchor block (50) also presents a downwardly directed wedging surface (60). A leveller housing (30) presents upwardly directed guide surfaces (38 and 39) to engage the wedging surfaces (60) on the first and second anchor blocks (50). An extensible foot assembly (43) extends downwardly from the leveller housing (30). The extensible foot assembly (43) includes a shaft portion (44) with a foot pad (46) attached to the shaft portion (44).

  • Patent number: 4942713
Abstract: The present invention is directed to an interconnecting stucture (10) for a relocatable wall. The successively adjacent wall panel assemblies (11) are joined in a linear intersection (12) by a cam key block (35) secured to the vertical frame members (21) of the successive wall panel assmelbies (11A and 11B). Cam surfaces (55) and lateral locators (65) are presented from the cam key blocks (35). The lateral locators (65) are of such configuration that when the cam key blocks (35) are disposed in opposed pairs, the lateral locators (65) effect lateral alignment of the cam key blocks (35). A cam key (75) presents at least two pair of locking bolts ( 80 and 81) which extend transversely outwardly from said disk portion (78) of the cam key (75). The lock bolts (80 and 81) are disposed in diametric opposition and are complementary to the cam surfaces (55) on the cam key blocks (35).
