  • Patent number: 11259591
Abstract: A shoe sole (1) comprising an outsole (3), an insole (2) and a midsole (5) which extends between the insole (2) and the outsole (3), the midsole (5) being composed of a plurality of bars (6) which are substantially transversal and are aligned substantially longitudinally over the length of the sole, the insole (2) and the bars are composed of an elastomeric material.

  • Patent number: 10750858
Abstract: A reconfigurable modular storage system has a reconfigurable support for storage units of the storage system. The reconfigurable support includes an end frame member attachable to the storage unit in two reverse orientations and releasably attachable base members. When the end frame member is attached to the storage unit in a first orientation and the base members are unattached, a portion of the end frame member serves as a raised end railing of the storage unit. When the end frame member is attached to the storage unit in a second orientation and the base members are attached, the base members serve as a load-bearing supports for the end frame member and for the storage unit. Multiple end frame members may be vertically stacked to create multiple vertically stacked storage units.

  • Patent number: 10563346
Abstract: A container takes on the form of a laundry hamper or basket while static or stationary. Upon bringing front and back panels of the container into closer proximity for transport, such as by drawing together their respective handles, or drawing one of the handles towards the other, the container changes configuration, or shape, to that of a tote bag. Upon releasing at least one of the front and back panels of the container from being drawn towards the other, such as by releasing at least one of their respective handles, the container automatically reverts back to the form of a laundry hamper or basket. The use of substantially rigid front and back panels, coupled with side panels that have resilient upper regions, permit the side panels to take on a spout-like configuration when the container is in its tote bag configuration, and to return to a planar configuration when the container is in its laundry hamper or basket configuration.

  • Patent number: 10227724
Abstract: A removable hanging laundry storage container such as a bag or hamper including a pair of substantially C-shaped handles extending upwards from opposites sides of the top of the hamper or bag. The C-shaped handles define interior regions for receiving a horizontal support to hang the hamper or bag thereon. The handles are sized and shaped to provide for a grasping surface on the opposite side of the handle end to allow the handle to be readily grasped when the storage container is hanging from a horizontal support to facilitate the lifting of the handle and hamper off the horizontal support. The hamper or bag may have cut-away sections matching the interior of the handles to provide an open area to facilitate placement and removal of the hampers on the horizontal support.

  • Publication number: 20190070737
Abstract: This folding-blade knife comprises a handle defining a recess within which a blade, articulated close to one of the ends of the handle, can be stowed. Integrated into the handle are: a first means for locking the blade in the folded position in order to prevent unintended egress of the blade from the handle; close to the region where the blade is articulated to the handle, a second means for unlocking said first locking means, said second means being actuable by the user, and a third means to cause the blade to rotate about its articulation axis once unlocked.

  • Publication number: 20180266047
Abstract: A container includes a body having an interior and a lid hingedly coupled to and circumscribing a top opening of the body. When the lid is in its open configuration, the capacity of its interior is enhanced by the area above the top opening circumscribed by the lid. The lid includes front, rear, left and right panels. Handles are coupled to the front and rear panels of the lid. The left and right panels of the lid both include a plurality of triangular articulating regions. Drawing the handles of the lid together causes the triangular articulating regions to transition from a coplanar configuration to a folded configuration, draws the front and rear panels of the lid together, and causes the lid to transition from the open to a closed configuration. The relative dimensions of the container may in the form of a hamper, basket, bin or tote.

  • Publication number: 20180086568
Abstract: A lumber transfer system for transferring pieces of lumber comprising a feeding conveyor having a conveying surface for receiving the pieces of lumber; a plurality of grasping assemblies spaced apart transversely along the conveying surface, each one of the grasping assemblies comprising a grasping finger able to be positioned independently for either grasping a piece of lumber located upstream from the grasping assembly and moving it, or preventing it from grasping a piece of lumber; a detection system for detecting a presence of a piece of lumber and producing signals; and a controller controlling the grasping assemblies for the grasping fingers to be positioned independently. The lumber transfer system is therefore able to have only grasping fingers responsible to grasp the piece of lumber to be in a grasping position.
