In embodiments, a method comprises administering the therapeutic agent to a disease cell sample from the subject in a device that measures at least one physiological parameter of a cell; determining whether a change occurs in the physiologic parameter of the disease cell sample in response to the therapeutic agent as compared to a baseline measurement or the physiological parameter before administration of the therapeutic agent, and selecting the therapeutic agent that results in the change in the at least one physiologic parameter. In embodiments, the disease cells are whole, viable, and/or label free.

Abstract: A method, system, and network providing hardware and software inventorying and monitoring provide the status of a local network of interconnected information technology devices. A user downloads and installs a local network monitoring software program from an online source onto a host computer system. The local network monitoring software system initiates an inventory of all information technology devices associated with said local network of information technology devices. Also, the local network monitoring software determines the operational status of the information technology devices and the status of software programs installed on the information technology devices. The results of the inventory and status determinations are presented to the host computer system.

The system includes one or more fluid delivery devices responsive to fire to deliver fluid, an inlet pipe for conveying fluid toward the fluid delivery devices, and one or more flow sensors. At least one of the flow sensors is arranged to sense when fluid is flowing along the inlet pipe towards the devices, a pump and plumbing. The plumbing connects the pump in parallel to the flow sensor of the inlet pipe to pressurize portions of the system downstream of the flow sensor of the inlet pipe. The plumbing also connects a portion downstream of at least one of the flow sensors to an upstream side of the pump to define a fluid circuit about which fluid may be circulated by the pump to test the at least one of the flow sensors of the system.

Abstract: An integrated bypass channel and diverter assembly for hard disk drives having small form factors is disclosed. A bypass channel is formed directly in the base plate to allow a partial bypass to exist with or without a diverter feature. The design addresses the issue of proper disk shrouding at the same time as providing the desired features for small form factor drives. The invention includes three datum planes for aligning the machined features of the bypass channel with the drive during assembly. The machined bypass channel and the upstream diverter may be combined to form the integrated assembly. The primary air flow direction from the disk stack is through the integrated partial bypass in the enclosure body and around the diverter into the main bypass channel. The invention provides a drop-in position for the diverter that has minimal encroachment into the VCM area of the drive.
