  • Publication number: 20150034056
Abstract: A heat exchanger (1) for gases, in particular for the exhaust gases of an engine, comprising a bundle of tubes (2) arranged inside a casing (3), intended for the circulation of the gases in order to exchange heat with a coolant, at least one gas tank (6) that can be fitted to one end of the casing (3) and connected to the gas recirculation line, and a particle filter (7) for filtering the exhaust gases, associated with said gas tank (6). Said filter (7) is incorporated into the gas tank (6) and forms a single inseparable part that can be fitted to the casing (3) of the exchanger (1). Preferably, the filter (7) is incorporated into the gas tank (6) by welding. A filter which is fully incorporated into the gas tank in a single part is obtained, which therefore facilitates the assembly thereof to the exchanger casing.

  • Publication number: 20130273373
Abstract: The presently disclosed embodiments relate generally to an image forming apparatus comprising an overcoat layer disposed directly over in contact with the top circumferential surface of a seamed intermediate transfer belt, and methods for making the same. The overcoat layer, comprising a film forming A-B diblock copolymer and conductive particles dispersion, not only renders the seam area physical/mechanical/electrical continuity for achieving absolute belt surface imageability to function like a seamless intermediate transfer belt, it also provides increased mechanical strength to resist fatigue-bend cracking under normal dynamic intermediate transfer belt machine cycling conditions in the field. The overcoat of this disclosure thus helps to reduce wear and extend service life of the belt.

  • Publication number: 20120290468
Abstract: An apparatus and method for completing a payment transaction using a network-connectable device is disclosed. When a payer initiates a payment transaction to a vendor using the network connectable device, a unique identifier and current geolocation of the network-connectable device are sent to a payment server together with a server payment transaction message containing information about the payment transaction. The payment server compares the geolocation with the vendor location and one or more predetermined locations associated with the payer, for example, a home or workplace. Upon a successful comparison, the payment retrieves a third party payment record from a mapping database and uses it to complete the payment transaction with a third party payment processing system.
