    Abstract: A repair process for a composite material panel that forms part of a fuselage, wings, or stabilizers of an aircraft, with the panel having large dimensions and including irregular contours in some areas and edges prone to damages occurring from handling and assembly of the panel. The process a) locates the damage in the element of the composite material panel; b) sands the area that includes the damage in an area larger than the damage, makes a cut in the panel, having the cut of a same form as a piece that will serve to repair panel; c) places the piece in the cut, so that it is perfectly flush with the panel to be repaired; and d) attaches the piece to the composite material panel.

    Abstract: The angular profile consists of sections (4) arranged one after another joined to each other, in order to simplify the connections between said sections (4). It is characterized in that the adjacent ends of each section (4) present in one of their sides an extension (7) complementary to a recess (8) provided in the same side of the end of the adjacent section (4) for locating the extension (7) in the recess (8) and, by means of bolted joints (9), to fix the extension (7) in the opposite side of the adjacent section (4) constituting the profile.     Abstract: The invention comprises an elastic material in order to carry out the joining and sealing between a first (2) and a second (3) element; and which has the aim of avoiding the formation of pinching of the sealing profile when carrying out the assembly and sealing between the first (2) and second (3) elements. For this, the sealing profile (6 and 7) presents a wedge-shaped configuration which projects with respect to the first (2) element, and on the sloping surface of which the second (3) element presses in order to facilitate its deformation and the assembly and sealing of the first (2) and second (3) element, in which position the surface of the wedge shape that projects with respect to the first element (2) presses against the second element (3). The invention is preferably applicable to aeronautical structures, particularly to those structures where both first and second elements form part of the aerodynamic surface.
