  • Patent number: 9887035
Abstract: High-voltage, high-frequency and high-power transformer having a core (1) on which a primary winding (2) is disposed on which a secondary winding (4) is disposed in an insulated manner, whereupon the entire assembly is housed and mounted in an insulator (3), wherein the insulator (3) is made up of two parts or halves (6) and (7) symmetrical with respect to a transverse vertical plane, each part having a hollow tubular element (3.1) housed inside an outer housing (3.2) of each half of the insulator, defining in each part an annular space (3.3) comprised between the outer wall of the tubular element (3.1) and the inner wall of the outer housing (3.2), where the secondary or high-voltage winding is disposed, the insulator (3) presenting in its outer housing (3.2) a slot (5), which is situated at zero volts level, and though which the oil penetrates towards the secondary winding.

  • Patent number: 8781074
Abstract: Discharge module which is formed by three circuits, a control and measurement circuit for X-rays, a voltage division circuit between serial switches, which is independent from the previous one, and a third circuit of the charge short circuit, which in turn is formed by a successive or slave trip circuit of the switches and another main discharge circuit through the switches; due to the established configuration, a much improved radiation control is achieved as it is not affected by unforeseen agents, the short circuit current is not restricted to the port current of the switches, and residual voltage of the switches is reduced.

  • Publication number: 20130142311
Abstract: A method of operating an x-ray unit that supplies the maximum power at all times, for which the supply or input voltage at the x-ray tube must be half the power supply voltage ((Vbat)/2 or (Vline)/2), which will be termed the reference voltage (Vref). In case of a deviation from the reference voltage, the method modifies the current supplied, changing the exposure time so that the maximum power is delivered at all times. In short, it is based on a method that regulates the tube current as a function of the supply voltage (of the batteries or the grid).

  • Patent number: 7355304
Abstract: X-Ray equipment, that as well as having a controlled current converter, a capacitor bank, an inverter, a supply source, and a high voltage transformer, has inlet voltage evaluation equipment that activates relays of the connection points of an auxiliary supply transformer so that it is not necessary to manually carry out any change in the supply connections depending on the supply voltage. Furthermore it is possible to carry out the charging of the capacitors in a programmed manner, and the charging voltage of the capacitor bank is fixed and independent of the supply voltage, the equipment being able to operate automatically at a voltage between 90 and 264 volts.

  • Patent number: 6871715
Abstract: A system is described for the controlled propulsion of a transporting device including at least two drive wheels propelled by electromotive units, in which system at least two drive wheels are each propelled by independent electric motors; each electric motor receives electric power through an independent power amplifier which amplifies electric signals produced by sensor devices; the sensor devices detect a mechanical force applied on a push and pull element, and convert the mechanical force into electric signals which indicate the degree and the direction of the mechanical force applied on the push and pull element, and the amplifier amplifies the signal in accordance with a factor which is a function of the weight that the trolley has to move and it feeds the electric motor so it can power the drive motor in accordance with a torque corresponding to the movement ordered through the sensor devices.
