Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for obtaining a content theme that includes a set of visual components and accessing control panels of a design system. The control panels are configured to provide control functions for adjusting attributes of the components. The control panels receive a selection of a first component that is linked to at least a second component in the set of visual components. An attribute of the first component is adjusted in response to detecting user interaction with a control panel. The user interaction causes adjustment of an attribute of a second component based on the adjusting of the attribute of the first component because of the second component being linked to the first component. Graphical content is created for output at a display based on the adjusted attributes of the first and second components.

Abstract: A circuit for detection and warning of electro-migration in a region on a printed circuit board between a first electrically conductive element having a first electrical characteristic and a second electrically conductive element having a second electrical characteristic different than the first. The circuit includes an electrically conductive guard track that is electrically isolated from the first and second elements in the region and has a normal condition electrical characteristic based on the first and second characteristics. The circuit includes an electrical characteristic supervisor to detect an electrical characteristic of the guard track. In response to electro-migration creating an electrical connection of the guard track to the first or second element, the guard track has an abnormal condition electrical characteristic different than the normal condition. In response to detecting the abnormal condition of the guard track, the supervisor effectuates a warning of electro-migration in the region.

Abstract: A joining device of a metal segment to a concrete segment of a hollow tower. The joining device is formed by a set of bolts passing by one of its ends by holes of an anchoring ring and attached to its both sides by a first set of nuts and arranged to be attached by its other end to the base of the metal segment by a second set of nuts. The anchoring ring includes a set of connectors extending externally and internally thereto in a substantially perpendicular direction to the bolts and arranged so do not interfere with reinforcement. The invention also refers to a hollow tower comprising at least one metal segment joined to a concrete segment by the joining device.
