  • Publication number: 20210231140
Abstract: A method controls the movement of a boom, wherein the boom is moved by a plurality of hydraulic drives. Each hydraulic drive is fed with a hydraulic medium, the pressure and/or volume flow of which is adjustable. The method predefines a desired direction of movement and a desired speed of a boom tip; predictively calculates a pressure and/or a volume flow required for each of the hydraulic drives that are required for the desired direction of movement and desired speed; subsequently generates a supply pressure depending on the predictively calculated pressures and/or subsequently generating a supply volume flow as a function of the predictively calculated volume flows; and subsequently feeds the hydraulic drives required for the desired direction of movement and desired speed with the hydraulic medium having a respective feed pressure and/or a respective feed volume flow such that the boom tip moves in the desired direction of movement at the desired speed.

  • Publication number: 20200379951
Abstract: A decision tree model is generated from sample data. A visualization system may automatically prune the decision tree model based on characteristics of nodes or branches in the decision tree or based on artifacts associated with model generation. For example, only nodes or questions in the decision tree receiving a largest amount of the sample data may be displayed in the decision tree. The nodes also may be displayed in a manner to more readily identify associated fields or metrics. For example, the nodes may be displayed in different colors and the colors may be associated with different node questions or answers.

  • Publication number: 20200199619
Abstract: In the present invention, the inventors have generated a Tet-On all-in-one construct that tightly regulate transgene expression in human stem cells using the original TetR repressor. By using appropriate promoter combinations and shielding the integrative construct with the Is2 insulator, they have constructed the Lent-On-Plus Tet-On system that achieves efficient transgene regulation in human multipotent and pluripotent stem cells. The generation of inducible stem cell lines with the Lent-ON-Plus system did not require selection or cloning, and transgene regulation is maintained after long-term cultured and upon differentiation toward different lineages. The present invention thus offers a solution to the need to improve transgene expression systems in stem cells.

  • Publication number: 20160312185
Abstract: The present invention is based on the surprising discovery that the overexpression of the SCL gene, of nucleotide sequence SEQ ID NO: 1, increases the production of megakaryocytes and platelets from stem cells. Likewise, it has been proven that this increase also occurs using PSCs which, unlike CD34+ HSC cells which have a limited expansion capacity, are characterized by an unlimited growth capacity, and can result in the unlimited production of platelets for the use thereof in clinics.
