  • Publication number: 20070007798
Abstract: The headliner comprises guiding means (2) for a concealing element (3), part of a system for concealing a transparent element provided in the roof of a vehicle, guiding means (2) that are disposed in line with the perimeter of at least one opening (4) in said interior lining trim (1) provided to match up with the transparent element in the roof of the vehicle. The guiding means (2) are connected up and supported by said interior lining trim (1), said guiding means (2) acting as a reinforcement element so as to form a strong assembly, which supports the weight of the concealing system and the stresses generated during its operation, together with the interior lining trim (1).

  • Publication number: 20050235574
Abstract: The present invention relates to a supporting module with waterproof seal for vehicle doors mainly comprised of a flexible laminar element (2) that can establish a waterproof seal between the wet and dry sides of the door (1), also meant to facilitate the mounting tasks of each component. The flexible laminar element has a sufficient supporting capacity to allow a preliminary mounting on it of the various door components for a subsequent installation of the entire assembly on the door in a single operation; however, the strength and structural capacities of the door continue to rely on its reinforcements and ribs, and not on the flexible laminar element, thereby allowing a cheaper and simpler laminar element and assembly as a whole.

  • Publication number: 20050172562
Abstract: Door module for vehicles, particularly incorporating an arm-type window winder unit, that consists of an assembly formed by the panel (1) and the support (8) that supports the window winder unit, and that also makes it possible to incorporate all the components capable of being assembled in the door shell with the exception of the window glass, so that later either the entire assembly is capable of being removed or otherwise the part connected to the panel, independently of the mechanical elements directly fixed onto the door, all while at the same time respecting the structural integrity of the door. One or more turrets, which form part of the panel itself, are situated between the panel and the support, and enable the fast assembly and removal of the panel, with the possibility of leaving the window winder unit connected to the door shell.
