Abstract: A concrete block for the construction of housing units is disclosed. The block disclosed herein allows for an improved low cost manufacturing, without the use of forming systems and without special tools, an ample array of structural elements that serve for the construction of walls for housing units and edifications of one or various levels, contention walls, spaces between floors and load carriers for doors and windows in the field of reinforced masonry, thereby synthesizing and improving, with the use of just one element, the principal characteristics inherent of the existing constructive systems.
