  • Publication number: 20220318587
Abstract: The present application relates to an electronic document module comprising a medium having a so-called internal face provided with at least two contact interfaces with an antenna, each of the contact interfaces with the antenna of the internal face of the medium being configured to be in contact with a connection pad of an antenna of an electronic document body, and with a chip comprising at least one I/O port, and one of the two contact interfaces with the antenna of the internal face of the medium being connected to the I/O port of the chip. The application also relates to an electronic document comprising such a module and a method for checking a connection between the module and a corresponding antenna.

  • Patent number: 11023798
Abstract: A smartcard includes a fingerprint sensor and a detector circuit comprising at least first and second electrodes that are insulated from each other and that form an open circuit. The first electrode and the second electrode is arranged in such a manner that. When a user applies a first finger on the fingerprint sensor and uses a second finger to grip the smartcard, the first finger contacts the first electrode and the second finger contacts the second electrode so as to form a loop that closes the open circuit. The detector circuit further comprises a filter circuit connected to the first electrode and to the second electrode, a generator arranged to generate first signals across the terminals of the filter circuit, and processor means arranged to acquire second signals and, from the second signals, to detect whether the first and second fingers include a fake finger.

  • Patent number: 9021504
Abstract: An electronic device includes means for receiving messages transmitted by an external entity; and means for implementing at least two applications communicating with the external entity using the same protocol. A generator means is suitable for generating a predetermined event on receiving at least one particular message received from the entity or in the event of communication being initialized with the entity. A selection means is suitable for detecting the event and for selecting one application amongst the applications. The selected application is chosen independently of any message received from the external entity.
