Abstract: A method for processing disappearing electronic messages from among electronic messages in a user's inbox is disclosed. At least one of the following two analysis mechanisms is implemented in order to detect whether an electronic message received in the inbox is a disappearing message: a first mechanism for analyzing the content of the electronic message, a second mechanism for detecting a label or a data field associated to the electronic message indicating a disappearing nature of the message, and in a case that one of the two analysis mechanisms detects that a received electronic message is a disappearing message, archiving the electronic message is provided.

Abstract: A method of assisting with the construction of a tree of clusters of electronic documents, the documents being defined by predetermined attributes. The method includes, for a given cluster of documents and a given level of the tree, the following steps: a) obtaining (E300) constraints defined between at least two documents of said cluster and storing those constraints; b) constructing (E310) subclusters as a function of the constraints obtained and the attributes of the documents of said cluster; c) creating (E320) a tree level corresponding to the subclusters created; and d) selecting (E340) a created subcluster and iterating the steps a), b), c) and d) for the selected subcluster until said tree is obtained. A device for implementing the method is also disclosed.

Abstract: A method is provided for predicting comments on a given product from a predetermined list of products information, which is displayed on a display screen for a given user having a stored user profile describing the preferences of the user for at least a portion of the product list. The method includes: determining from a user profile database a set of user profiles close to the profile of the given user, obtaining a list of comments on the given product posted by users corresponding to the profiles of the determined set, and sending to the display screen a predetermined number of comments from the list obtained to be displayed in association with information on the given product. Also, a comment prediction device is provided, which uses the method as described and a prediction system.

Abstract: A device is provided for updating a user profile stored in a memory accessible to the device. The device includes a display screen for displaying a graphical user interface representing a product page showing a plurality of descriptors. The device is such that each of at least some of the plurality of descriptors of the viewed product page is associated with an interest indicator linked to the user profile and represented on the graphical user interface by an illustration. The device includes a user interface for selecting an illustration representing an interest indicator for a descriptor from the product page and for selecting an illustration from a set of illustrations representing different levels of interest. The level of interest corresponds to the selected illustration being stored for updating the user profile. Also, methods are provided for updating a user profile and providing product recommendations using such a profile.

The method includes a step for obtaining said classification model, itself comprising a step for defining a mode of use for each attribute, which comprises specifying which property or properties are possessed by said attribute among the following at least two properties, which are not exclusive of each other: an attribute is marked target if it has to be explained; an attribute is marked taboo if it has not to be used as an explanatory attribute, an attribute not marked taboo being an explanatory attribute.

Abstract: The invention relates to aminated compounds bearing at least an allyl and a difluoromethyl and a method used for synthesis thereof. Said compounds comprise at least one carbon bearing: an amine function, an allyl or propargyl radical, a difluoromethylene group, and a hydrogen or a hydrocarbon radical, advantageously selected among those which are electron donors or hardly electroattractive (; 0. 1). The invention is useful for synthesis of fluorinated compounds.
