Abstract: A process for the production of acrylic fibers, in particular a spinning process for obtaining precursor fibers of carbon fiber by the wet spinning of a polymer solution in an organic solvent and the relative apparatus.

Abstract: There are disclosed .alpha.-(1-triazolyl)-keto-derivatives of the general formula: ##STR1## in which R is alkyl, alkenyl or phenyl optionally substituted; R" is alkoxycarbonyl, alkylcarbonyl, arylcarbonyl, aminocarbonyl or cyano; R' has the meanings of both R and R".These compounds are endowed with high fungicidal activity.

Abstract: There are described compounds exerting an antidotal activity belonging to the classes of the 2-thiazolines-2-substituted and 2-oxazolines-2-substituted, useful in the defense of agrarian cultivations from the toxic action of non-selective herbicides. Utilization and preparation methods thereof are described as well.

Abstract: This invention relates to novel compounds having antidotal activity so as to be useful in the protection of cultivations of agrarian interest from the toxic action of non-selective weed-killers. The novel compounds of this invention have the formula: ##STR1## wherein R=alkyl, phenyl; R.sup.1 =OR.sup.4 =alkyl, cycloalkyl, cyclohexylmethyl, allyl, propargyl, phenyl or benzyl, optionally substituted; R.sup.2 =H or R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 together form a bond between carbonyl and the nitrogen atom which they are linked to; X=O, S; R.sup.3 is the same are R.sup.4, but is different from 3,5-dichlorophenyl.

Abstract: New fungicides which are N-aryl-N-acyl-3-amino-oxazolidin-2-ones and use thereof in fighting infections of useful plants by fungi are disclosed. The compounds of the invention have a high fungicidal activity combined with a good compatibility with the plants to be defended against attack by fungi.

Abstract: There are disclosed compounds having the formula (I) and (II): ##STR1## wherein: R' and R", equal to or different from each other, are a C.sub.1 -C.sub.7 alkyl, a C.sub.3 -C.sub.7 cycloalkyl, a heterocycloalkyl, alkoxyalkyl, dialkoxyalkyl, haloalkyl;X is a halogen, a C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl, a haloalkyl, alkoxyl, phenyl; andY is H or a halogen.

Abstract: A process for preparing 1,1-dihalo-1,2,2,2-tetrafluoroethanes by isomerization of 1,2-dihalotetrafluoroethanes at their reflux temperature, by using, as a catalyst, the reaction product prepared "in situ" from an anhydrous aluminum halide with at least equimolecular amounts of the isomer, 1,1-dihalo-1,2,2,2-tetrafluoroethane in a medium consisting of 1,2-dihalotetrafluoroethane. The products find application as intermediates for pyrethroid insecticides.

Abstract: There are disclosed compounds having general formula (I): ##STR1## wherein: X is H, a phenyl, phenylalkyl, phenylcarbonyl, phenyloxy group, optionally substituted with a halogen; Y is N or CH; R.sup.1 is H or a phenyl group; R.sup.2 and R.sup.3, equal or different, are H, an alkyl, alkoxy group or together they are an atom of ketonic oxygen; R.sup.4 and R.sup.5, equal or different, are H or an alkyl group; R.sup.6 and R.sup.7, equal or different, are H, an alkyl group or one of them forms with R.sup.2 or R.sup.3 an alkylidenic or etheric bridge; or they form a dioxyalkylidenic or alkylidenic ring; m=0, 1; n=0, 1, 2, 3. The compounds are endowed with fungicide and systemic properties.

Abstract: Described herein are .alpha.-(1-triazolyl)-keto-derivatives of general formula: ##STR1## wherein R is phenyl or heteroaryl, optionally substituted, alkyl; R.sup.1 is alkoxyl, optionally substituted aryloxy, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, alkoxyalkyl, alkoxycarbonyl, cyano, optionally substituted phenyl, or, along with R.sup.2, an alkylidene; R.sup.2 is H or, along with R.sup.1, an alkylidene; R.sup.3 is alkylcarbonyl, alkoxycarbonyl, arylcarbonyl, cyano or alkoxyalkylcarbonyl; such compounds being endowed with a high fungicidal activity.

Abstract: A method of protecting useful cultivations from the toxic action of nonselective herbicides, consisting in using, as antidotes, 2- or 4-thiazolidine-carboxylic acids and derivatives thereof.

Abstract: Derivatives of 2- or 4-thiazolidine-carboxylic acid having an acyl group in position 3 are herein described.Said compounds are endowed with a phytogrowth regulating and biostimulating action.

Abstract: Compounds having antidote activity and belonging to the class of the derivatives of 1,3-thiazolidine useful for protecting cultivations of agrarian interest from the toxic action of nonselective herbicides are herein described. The invention relates, also, to a method for protecting cultivations of agrarian interest from the toxic action of nonselective herbicides consisting in the use, as antidotes, of the above mentioned compounds and the compositions for agrarian use containing said compounds.

Abstract: There are described 3-phenoxy-benzyl or .alpha.-cyano-3-phenoxy-benzyl esters of 2,2-dimethyl-cyclopropanecarboxylic acids substituted in position 3 by a dienic polyhalogenated chain, as well as their use as insecticides and acaricides. Moreover, there are also described the intermediates for their preparation and processes for their preparation.
