Abstract: A telephone service using a server designated by a telephone number and connected to a telephone network is made compatible with the telephone network and a calling line identification presentation service. The server joins a first call between a calling user terminal and the server to a second call between the server and a called user terminal. A user of the called terminal has previously subscribed to the calling line identification presentation service. Compatibility is achieved by transmitting the telephone number of the calling terminal in a request to set up the first call between the calling user terminal and the server through the telephone network. The request succeeds a call from the called terminal to the server. During the call from the called terminal to the server, the server stored in memory the telephone number of the called terminal as the terminal that most recently called the calling terminal.

Abstract: All calls addressed to a subscriber are forwarded by the subscriber's routing autonomy exchange to a service server connected to the exchange. If a service provided by the service server necessitates a call to the subscriber, a call from the service server is routed to a virtual subscriber terminal which is connected to the exchange. All calls which are addressed to the virtual subscriber terminal, are forwarded to the subscriber by the exchange or the virtual subscriber terminal. The service server can therefore offer the subscriber a plurality of new services.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for dispatching at least one predetermined secret key, in order to make the implementation of a provision of service secure, characterized in that it comprises transmitting a predetermined implementation key in encoded form from a security module (MSCl) having a predetermined rank to a security module (MSTl) or card (U) of a rank lower than the predetermined rank, this encoding comprises using an encoding algorithm and introducing the predetermined implementation key, as well as least one diversified key, this diversified key, necessary for the encoding, being obtained by a diversification algorithm by introducing both a basic key of this diversified key and diversification data originating from the module of lower rank, the predetermined encoded implementation key being decoded by the use, in a module of lower rank than the predetermined rank, of a decoding algorithm which is the inverse of the encoding algorithm.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for certifying services obtained with the aid of a portable carrier such as a memory card. A portable carrier (2) such as a credit card is adapted to be connected to an apparatus (1) that calculates a visual record or certificate (C), composed of a result (R) and parameters (PI, PE) necessary for calculating the result. This result is calculated by processing circuits (T2) in the card (2) under the control of a program (P2) recorded in its memory (M2) and of a secret key (S). The result emitted after a service has been furnished can then be recalculated, to certify that the service has been furnished.
