  • Publication number: 20240053063
Abstract: The present invention relates to a system of heat exchange between a building (1) and the Earth's subsurface (5), comprising a closed loop with at least one pipe (9) installed in said subsurface (5) for heat exchange with subsurface (5), and connected by connecting pipes (4, 7) to at least one pipe (6) installed in said building (1) for heat exchange with building (1), the closed loop comprising a circulation pump (P) for circulating a fluid through said closed loop, and the fluid comprising capsules containing phase change materials. The invention also relates to a method for cooling or heating a building (1) from the heat exchange system between a building (1) and the Earth's subsurface (5). FIG. 1 to be published.

  • Patent number: 11383314
Abstract: Tooling for producing scallops and fastening holes of a clamp of a disc by electrochemical machining using an electrolyte, the tooling having: an annular support tray to receive the disc; lower and upper shields configured to protect the disc from splashes of the electrolyte; a clamping lock to hold the disc in position during machining; and a die-sinking tool having in a substantially cylindrical insulating body a first and a second coaxial conductive cathode, the first and second cathodes rigidly fastened to each other, the first annular cathode including at an external periphery a plurality of radial machining protrusions of a shape complementary to that of the scallops to be machined and the second cathode includes, on the same circumference external to the first cathode relative to the central axis of the disc, a plurality of axial machining nozzles of a shape similar to the fastening holes to be machined.

  • Patent number: 10254440
Abstract: Process for constructing a volume mesh of a subsurface formation comprising at least one sedimentary layer traversed by at least one fault. On the basis of a representation in a closed domain of the geometry of the horizons and of the faults in a parametric space before deformation and rupture, the bounds of the blocks delimited by the faults, the horizons and the boundaries of the domain are projected onto a reference surface. Next a surface mesh is constructed constrained by the projections thus obtained on the reference surface. At each node of the surface mesh, a vertical polygonal line passing through this node is defined. Next a volume mesh is constructed by vertical extrusion of the surface mesh along the polygonal lines. Application in particular to exploration and to exploitation of oilfields.
