  • Patent number: 4687268
Abstract: A connector is provided for an electronic circuit card, and comprising a fixed structure with guide means in which the electronic circuit card may be engaged and slide according to an insertion direction until the electronic circuit card has reached a connection position, and a connection device comprising: a resiliently deformable portion mounted on a part of the fixed structure comprising fixed conductor elements, a support portion movable in translation, connected to the deformable portion and having contact elements, an abutment device integral with the deformable portion on which the electronic circuit card may bear during sliding thereof, so as to cause the support portion to be moved in the insert direction, conductor elements integral with the support portion and with the deformable portion and connecting said contact element to the conducting elements, and a detector adapted for detecting the presence of the electronic circuit card in the connection position.

  • Patent number: 4453418
Abstract: This flow-meter comprises an enclosure separated into two chambers by a flexible and sealed diaphragm fast at its center with a rigid dome. A compression spring presses the dome, which is pierced in its center with a hole, upon a cone fast with the enclosure, and exerts a constant force upon the dome. The fluid penetrates into the flow-meter through the orifice, passes between the cone and the dome which it raises, and emerges through the orifice. A contactless displacement detector measures the displacement of the dome which is proportional to the flow rate of the fluid.

  • Patent number: 4365517
Abstract: Detector comprising two windings (1,2) disposed in two ferrite half-pots (3,4) opposite to two non-ferromagnetic metallic elements (5,6) one at least of which is movable. A pulse generator (9) feeds the two windings through resistances (7,8) coupled to a reference potential. Two circuits (10,11) detect the peak values of the resultant signals at the common points between the windings and their charging resistance. An operational amplifier (12) creates the difference of these peak values. A diode (13) permits the discharge of the windings through the resistances (7,8).Application to detectors of differential pressure, and to devices for the measurement of displacements.

  • Patent number: 4248061
Abstract: A thermostatically and hygrostatically controlled cabinet for storing foodstuffs has a food storage chamber partially surrounded by an elongated space communicating with the food storage chamber through a grid. A fan establishes forced air circulation inside the elongated space, through the grid and inside the food storage chamber. An evaporator and a provision of water are located inside the elongated space and a compressor and a condenser are positioned outside the elongated space and the storage chamber. Thermostatic control means start the compressor when the temperature inside the food storage chamber exceeds a rated value and, after a time delay, also start the fan.

  • Patent number: 4212200
Abstract: A flow meter, particularly applicable to the instantaneous measurement of an automobile vehicle's fuel consumption, includes an enclosure separated into two chambers by a flexible membrane which operates in conjunction with compression springs. The fuel enters the bottom chamber and, in the top chamber, goes through a pipe which provides a calibrated pressure drop. A pick-up measures the resultant membrane movements.
