Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition for the delivery of active agents that are protected from environmental oxidation and are resistant to ruminal fermentation degradation but not intestinal digestion and adsorption. The composition may contain biologically active ingredients such as for example, vitamins, minerals, proteins, amino acids, fatty acids, nutritional supplements, and pharmaceuticals together with natural and/or synthetic lecithin phospholipids.
