  • Patent number: 6648626
Abstract: A parts collection system for injection molding machines is disclosed. The system provides for easy and quick changing of devices adapted for receiving molded parts discharged from the molding machine. Generally, the parts collection system of the present invention includes a pair of support tracks for mounting to the frame of the molding machine having a pair of mold member operably connected thereto. Adjustably mounted to the support tracks are a pair of retaining beams for suspending devices adapted to receive parts dropped from the mold members.

  • Patent number: 6279733
Abstract: A tensioning and tracking system with specific useful features for adjusting a conveyor belt is disclosed. Generally, the tensioning and tracking systems include a pair of plate members attached together and defining a channel and an elongated opening. Mounted within the channel is a slide plate having a distal end. Also, connected to one of the side plate members is a rotating member for reciprocally advancing the distal end of the slide plate into the elongated opening. The position of the slide plate within the elongated opening is secured by a locking screw connected to one of the plate members.

  • Patent number: 5947264
Abstract: An improved conveyor belt tensioner, accessible from the top of the conveyor has a push block which slides along an angled guide to apply force between the take up member and the frame of the conveyor. Also, a guide which is laterally movable along a cross support between the frame of the conveyor is provided to adjust the centering of the belt between the frame members.

  • Patent number: 4741687
Abstract: A guide skirt for guiding parts ejected from an injection mold to a receptacle includes side panels which are adapted to be attached at the top to respective mold-platen assemblies and are hingedly connected together so that as the mold-platen assemblies move between open and closed positions the bottom edges of the side panels move between open and closed positions causing the freshly molded parts to be retained in the skirt when the mold-platen assemblies are open and the molded parts are ejected from the mold and after a predetermined time thereafter to be released from the skirt when the mold-platen assemblies again close.
