Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer-readable media for determining expiration of a retention period for a document or record and deleting records or documents are provided. In some examples, a record code may be assigned to a record. The record code may indicate a retention period for the record and may be used to determine whether the retention period has expired. If so, a determination may be made as to whether the document is eligible for deletion. If so, the record may be automatically deleted in at least some examples. If not, the record may be further processed.

Abstract: A tracking system for ensuring the accountability of service providers including real-time reports and notifications to user/supervisors is provided. The tracking system may include a computer for a user to associate personnel with each predetermined location, wherein each personnel has an electronic key configured to provide an e-signature. The method includes the user setting up through a user interface of the computer a plurality of time marks at which time the personnel needs to provide the e-signature. Such time marks may include, but not be limited to, the start and end times for a predetermined shift, predetermined intervals of time of the predetermined shift, and time durations at which time a notification is sent to the user when the e-signature is not provided.

Abstract: A method for automatically configuring a technology module, for representing and controlling a technical process system which is connected to a computer user station through at least one interface for transferring data (e.g. process, state, open-loop and closed-loop control data). The user specifies the type of at least one process element of the process system and specifies the start address of a memory module associated with the process element. The technology module is then automatically completed by allocating at least one signaling element, archive data element and/or picture element to the specified process element.
