Abstract: A pre-form for making a removable partial dental prosthesis. The pre-form has a tree-shape form having a central body portion and at least one arm extending laterally therefrom and a tail and a head positioned on opposite ends of the arm such that the arm is detachably affixed to the central body portion at the tail. The arm is incorporated into a molding for a removable partial dental prosthesis having a base, an artificial tooth supported by the base and a substantially transparent clasp. The clasp and base are formed to mate with oral mucosa for support of the prosthesis thereon. Also disclosed is a kit for making and inserting a partial dental prosthesis in a gap between natural teeth in a human mouth.
