Abstract: Bone fusion system, plate system, guide, implant, kit and methods for using the bone fusion system, plate system, guide and implant are disclosed. The bone fusion system includes an alignment guide, an implant, and at least one fastener inserted through the implant. The alignment guide includes a body portion, a first lobe positioned at a first end of the body portion, a second lobe positioned at a second end of the body portion, and an extension member extending away from a first side of the body portion. The implant includes a body portion, a first arm extending away from the body portion in a first direction, a second arm extending away from the body portion in a second direction, and a third arm extending away from the body portion laterally between the first and second arms. Finally, methods for using the bone fusion system, plate system, guide and implant are disclosed.

Abstract: Guides, implants, devices, instruments, systems, and assemblies for achieving bone fusion are disclosed. A bone fusion system, including an implant template, a guide wire for insertion through the implant template, a plate for receiving the guide wire, and an alignment guide apparatus for coupling to the plate. Methods of using a bone fusion system for achieving bone fusion are also disclosed.

An insertion guide includes a handle member and a guide member coupled to a second end of the handle member. The guide member being curved relative to the longitudinal axis of the handle member. A bone fixation system including an insertion guide, a guide wire and a fastener. The insertion guide including a handle member and a guide member coupled to an end of the handle member. The guide member being curved and including a through hole for receiving the guide wire. The fastener including a cannulation for receiving the guide wire. Methods of using a bone fixation systems for fixing fractured bones are also disclosed.

Abstract: Implants, guides, devices, instruments, systems and methods for fixing a joint using bone plates are disclosed. The bone fixation system includes an alignment guide with a first end and a second end, an alignment wire rotatably coupled to the first end of the alignment guide, and a coupling member slidingly engaging a first portion of the alignment guide near the first end. The plate includes a body including a first end and a second end, a plurality of lobes extending from the body, a plurality of screw holes extending through the body and each screw hole of the plurality of screw holes positioned in a lobe of the plurality of lobes, and an alignment hole positioned along a longitudinal axis of the body. A method of using a bone fixation system for fixation of at least two bones is also disclosed.
