  • Publication number: 20220339990
Abstract: A heating arrangement has a coolant housing with an inflow connection and an outflow connection for a coolant. Heating elements are arranged on opposite housing walls and include connections for the supply of power. Three circuit-board pieces of a circuit board are arranged in a row and connected to one another via flexible regions. Power electronic components and connections for connecting to the power-supply connections of the heating elements are arranged on the two edge circuit-board pieces. The circuit board is bent in flexible regions such that the two edge circuit-board pieces lie opposite one another. The coolant housing lies between the opposite edge circuit-board pieces. The power-supply connections of the heating elements and the connections on the edge circuit-board pieces are in electrical contact.

  • Publication number: 20220154973
Abstract: The embodiment relates to a heating device having a plurality of electrical heating elements (1; 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) composed of a cylindrical hollow body (2), electrical heating resistors being formed on the jacket of said hollow body and connection ports (3a, 3b; 3a1, 3b1, 3a2, 3b2, 3a3, 3b3, 3a4, 3b4) for the inflow and outflow of a fluid being arranged on the end faces of said hollow body. The heating elements (1; 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) are arranged parallel to one another. Each connection port (3a1, 3b1, 3a2, 3b2, 3a3, 3b3, 3a4, 3b4) of a heating element (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) is connected to a connection port (3a1, 3b1, 3a2, 3b2, 3a3, 3b3, 3a4, 3b4) of another heating element (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) in such a way that the heating elements (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) are connected in series in respect of fluid throughflow with a first connection port as a total inflow connection port (3a1) and a second connection port as a total outflow connection port (3a4).

  • Publication number: 20220037833
Abstract: A contact arrangement with a flat contact element with an upper side and an underside, the thickness of which decreases toward three of its edges from the upper side to the underside, and with a connecting element, which is electrically and mechanically connected to the contact element and is further away from the underside of the contact element than from its upper side. Also disclosed is a device with a base plate and a contact arrangement arranged thereon and a conductor track, which is formed on the contact element and a region of the base plate.

  • Patent number: 9660365
Abstract: A printed circuit board includes at least two rigid printed circuit board parts which are connected to one another by at least one flexible connecting part which is thinner than the rigid printed circuit board parts. The at least two rigid printed circuit board parts can be moved toward one another by bending the flexible connecting part. A groove, which is produced by the different thickness of the rigid printed circuit board parts relative to the flexible connecting part, is filled with an elastic material.

  • Patent number: 9332640
Abstract: A contact area is provided on a carrier for connection to a mating contact area on a further carrier using an adhesive containing conductive particles. The contact area includes at least one recess forming a drain channel for the adhesive, extending from one edge of the contact area to an opposing edge and having a width being less than an average diameter of the particles. Alternatively, the contact area includes boreholes extending from a main surface to an opposing main surface and having diameters being approximately equal to or smaller than the average diameter of the particles in at least one direction and a cavity is formed in the carrier beneath the contact area. Alternatively, integral moldings forming a turf structure are provided on the contact area and distances between the moldings are equal to or smaller than the average diameter of the particles in at least one direction.
