Abstract: An apparatus for a toilet paper spritzer that is a scalable dispensing device for use with other components, such as toilet paper or paper towels and any fluid, such as water, witch hazel, scented fluids, medicated fluids, colored fluids, to improve hygiene, comfort, prevent or treat symptoms of genital and anal medical conditions, such as hemorrhoids, yeast infection, and the like. The toilet paper spritzer comprises a fluid dispensing chamber with a pump activation system for dispensing fluid onto toilet paper prior to use. The spritzer device can comprise a toilet paper holder. The pump activation system within the toilet paper spritzer can be manually activated, or automatically activated using solar and/or battery powered technology.
