  • Publication number: 20240298801
Abstract: A folding chair may include a frame, brackets, and a seat. The chair may be assembled by connecting a first bracket to a first side of a frame and connecting a second bracket to a second side of the frame. The seat may be connected to the brackets by inserting downwardly extending portions of the seat into an upper portion of the brackets and pushing the seat downwardly towards a lower portion of the brackets. The seat may be connected to an at least substantially assembled frame, and the seat may be attached to the brackets while the frame is in a folded position.

  • Patent number: 11160366
Abstract: An embodiment includes a leg height adjustment mechanism that includes a first and second latch arms, a first and second retractors, and an activator. The latch arms each include an engagement structure. The retractors each include a sloped surface and a receiving structure. The receiving structure is engaged with one of the engagement structures of the first or the second latch arms. The first latch arm extends in a first lateral direction and the second latch arm extends a second lateral direction. The second retractor is separated from the first retractor in a second lateral direction that is opposite the first lateral direction. The activator includes angled lower surfaces that are positioned outwardly relative to the sloped surfaces.

  • Patent number: 11147365
Abstract: A blow-molded plastic structure, such as a table top, may include an undercut. For example, the table top may include a frame receiving portion and a frame connecting structure with an undercut may be disposed in the frame receiving portion. A first portion of the frame may contact or engage the frame connecting structure when the frame is connected to the table top. In an exemplary embodiment, a first side of the frame receiving portion may include a first frame connecting portion with an undercut and a second side of the frame receiving portion may include a second frame connecting portion with an undercut. The first frame connecting portion with an undercut may be disposed on an opposing surface from the second frame connecting portion with an undercut.

  • Publication number: 20170238698
Abstract: A large, thin, generally planar panel constructed from blow-molded plastic may include a first surface, a second surface, and a hollow interior portion disposed between the first and second surfaces. The panel may include a nominal panel thickness (PT), which may be the distance between the first surface and the second surface, and a nominal wall thickness (WT), which may be the thickness of the outer wall of the blow-molded plastic structure. A plurality of depressions may be integrally formed in the second surface and a nominal distance (D) separating adjacent depressions may be measured from an edge of one depression to an edge of the adjacent depression. The relationship between the nominal panel thickness, the nominal wall thickness, and the nominal distance between adjacent depressions is shown by the equation WT·PT·D?0.030.
