  • Publication number: 20070033129
Abstract: A system and method for monitoring specified metrics is disclosed. The system and method comprises a data collection engine which collects data related to said metrics, a data analysis engine which analyzes the data collected by the data collection engine to produce analyzed data related to the specified metrics, a data storage repository which provides a repository for the data collected by the data collection engine, and the analyzed data produced by the data analysis engine, and a dashboard monitoring system may provide both input and output functionality. As an input device, the dashboard monitoring system may enable a user to directly input data into the system without involving third parties or utilizing the data collection, data analysis, or data storage modules of the system. As an output device, the dashboard monitoring system may provide a mechanism for reporting the data collected by the data collection engine, and the analyzed data produced by the data analysis engine.

  • Patent number: 5997470
Abstract: An improved penile tube and removal guide for use in a vacuum therapy system for achieving and maintaining an erection. The penile tube has an open, tapered end into which the penis is inserted and a stop ring positioned along the penile tube toward the tapered end. The removal guide has a stepped inner surface having a larger diameter portion and a smaller diameter portion which are concentrically located along the axis of the removal guide. The removal guide is mounted circumferentially on the penile tube and freely slides along the longitudinal axis of penile tube away from the tapered end of the penile tube until an inner flange of the smaller diameter portion engages the stop ring. The penile tube, stop ring, and stepped removal guide facilitate the placement of a configuration ring upon a penis while maintaining a vacuum in the penile tube. A mounting cone having a conical portion facilitates sliding the constriction ring onto the transfer sleeve of the penile tube.

  • Patent number: 5941055
Abstract: An apparatus and method for making a beverage container which contains an instant beverage material individually sealed within the beverage container by a filter disk and an insert disk combination. The apparatus includes a mandrel having a flange and a forming die which is slideably mounted on the mandrel. The forming die has a chamfered outer surface which fits into a beverage container and an inner stepped portion which is configured to engage the flange of the mandrel and receive the filter disk and insert disk to be inserted into a beverage container. A funnel press is provided which has a funnel portion and a press portion. The press portion mates with the mandrel and forming die to draw a portion of the filter disk into the mandrel to simultaneously form a pocket in and crimp a filter disk which is subsequently loaded with an instant beverage material using the funnel portion.
