The method and system further includes determining a baseline data set for the user and generating a training routine for the user based on the baseline data set and the user data, including selecting a plurality of exercises for the user directed towards the athletic goal data. The method and system further includes determining a network of related users electronically networked via a networking interface, transmitting the training routine to the user and notifying the related users of the training routine. The method and system provides for receiving training feedback data from the user, including exercise-specific information and sharing the training feedback data with fellow community users.

The present invention covers prioritization of transmission of digital content based on information transmitted from the receiver.
