    Abstract: The present invention relates to devices and methods that are useful for screening and isolating cells that express a desired immunoglobulin. The present invention further relates to devices and methods that are useful in producing monoclonal antibodies from non-immortal cells (such as B cells) or immortalized cells (such as hybridoma cells). The devices and methods disclosed herein significantly improve the efficiency for monoclonal antibody production.
