Abstract: The present patent application relates to the use of Rotigotine or its salts and prodrugs for preparation of a drug for treatment or prophylaxis of dopaminergic cell loss due to diseases that are connected with an increased dopaminergic cell loss. In particular, the patent application is related to the use of Rotigotine as a drug for preventive treatment of Morbus Parkinson.
