  • Patent number: 10294722
Abstract: A device for producing a bore in the ground includes a spindle comprising a rotary lead-through and a first sealing face configured to be cylindrical. The spindle is configured so as to be rotatably led through a housing via the rotary lead-through. The housing comprises a second sealing face configured to be concentric with respect to the first sealing face. A rotary seal arrangement is configured to seal the rotary lead-through of the spindle through the housing. The rotary seal arrangement comprises a shaft seal configured to act between the first sealing face of the spindle and the second sealing face of the housing. A labyrinth seal is arranged upstream of the shaft seal when viewed from an outside of the housing.

  • Patent number: 8643346
Abstract: A potential converter device with a first storage capacitor implemented to be supplied with energy from an energy source to acquire a first potential form at the first storage capacitor, and a second storage capacitor implemented to be supplied with energy from the first storage capacitor to acquire a second potential form at the second storage capacitor. The potential converter device further has a converter electrically connected between the first and second storage capacitors and implemented to execute an energy transmission from the first storage capacitor to the second storage capacitor if the first potential form reaches a first potential threshold value and until the first potential form reaches a second potential threshold value, wherein the first potential threshold value is greater regarding its magnitude than the second potential threshold value.

  • Patent number: 8451170
Abstract: A device for determining a position of a satellite receiver on the basis of data packets that are received from the satellite receiver, include a satellite signal, and are provided with packet sequence marks includes a packet loss detector for detecting, while using the packet sequence marks, whether one or more data packets between two received data packets have been lost, and a data packet processor configured to replace the one or more lost packets by one or more fill-in packets so as to generate a data stream as a sequence of the received data packets and of the fill-in packets inserted in place of the lost data packets. The device further includes a correlator configured to correlate the data stream with a reference data sequence to obtain a correlation result, and a position determiner configured to determine the position of the satellite receiver by means of the correlation result.

  • Publication number: 20090211894
Abstract: The application of CORONA discharge is proposed in continuous and semi-continuous processes for the finishing of cotton, flax, cotton/flax blends or other cellulosic materials, either in form of yarns, woven or knitted fabrics, in order to obtain complete hidrophilization and an increase of reticulation potential. The goal is to achieve easier and uniform wetting and impregnation with treatment products and an improved adhesion of resins and binders. The operations where CORONA discharge is included are desizing, alkaline treatment, bleaching, caustification, mercerization, dyeing, printing and final finishing treatments, namely softening, hydrophilization, easy-care, anti-shrinkage and fireproofing. Discharge is continuously applied in open width materials with controlled humidity and temperature, in the stages of raw, desized, bleached or finished.
