A first region (10) of the retainer element is rotatably secured to the backrest and a second region (13) of the retainer element is rotatably secured to a slide (7) that is mounted so as to be displaceable in a rail (6) of the flap element and that can be fixed relative to the rail by a securing element. The fitting part includes a plurality of securing elements for locking the flap element in a plurality of use positions.
