Abstract: A bladeless fluid/vapor includes: (a) three or more turbine discs disposed within a case, wherein each turbine disc has a center opening, a first set of holes substantially equally spaced from one another along a first radius, a second set of holes substantially equally spaced from one another along a second radius, and two or more of the turbine discs have a set of exhaust ports positioned annularly around the center opening; (b) the case includes a main housing, a cover and one or more fluid/vapor inlets oriented to direct a fluid/vapor onto an outer portion of the turbine discs; (c) a drive shaft passing through the center openings of the turbine discs and attached to the turbine discs; (d) a fluid/vapor outlet in the cover; and (e) a set of exhaust holes proximate to and connected to the fluid/vapor outlet that are positioned annularly around the drive shaft.

Briefly described, in architecture, one embodiment of the system, among others, includes logic configured to display a user interface for initiating a command to launch a business application on a computer display of a user; logic configured to associate a launched business application with a user-session; logic configured to display business applications of an active session on the computer display; a first user interface control for allowing a user to select a particular business application of an inactive session; and logic configured to display the selected particular business application on the computer display with the business applications associated with the active session. Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide systems and methods for implementing navigational controls for presenting data, such as call-center data. Briefly described, in architecture, one embodiment of the system, among others, can be implemented as follows. An application interface that accesses a plurality of computer applications is provided, where at least one computer application is located on a computer network. The system further includes a set of application controls associated with the application interface. In particular, each application control is associated with a particular computer application. In addition, the system includes at least one navigational control associated with at least one application control. Accordingly, a respective navigational control activates a particular screen of information from the particular computer application, such that the particular screen of information is displayed on a computer display and shows data related to a current user-session.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide systems and methods for displaying computer applications, such as call-center applications, on a computer desktop. Briefly described, in architecture, one embodiment of the system, among others, can be implemented as follows. Logic is configured to associate a launched computer call-center application with a user-session. A graphical user interface control is further included to enable a user to switch between a plurality of user-sessions, wherein the first user interface is capable of being independently positioned on a desktop of the computer.
