  • Publication number: 20230265847
Abstract: An eccentric screw pump with a rotor, which forms a conveyor screw, and a stator, which forms a screw thread and in which the rotor circulates during a conveying operation. The stator includes a single-part or multipart stator housing, in which a stator lining made of an elastomer material is located, said lining forming the screw thread. The stator lining forms a projection at least on one side in the direction along the pump longitudinal axis, said projection protruding from the stator housing such that a free force introduction surface is formed. A force can be applied via the free force introduction surface, said force compressing the stator lining into the stator housing so that the stator lining is transversely elongated in the stator housing, leading to a constriction of the screw thread. The projection can be surrounded by a mobile support tube which is moved relative to the stator housing in the direction along the longitudinal axis of the stator housing for compression purposes.

  • Patent number: 9683566
Abstract: A stator casing of an eccentric screw pump with an elastomer stator inner part including a plurality of shell-like casing segments and a production method for such a stator casing, with which the outlay for maintenance work can be reduced. According to the invention, casing segments adjacent in the longitudinal direction of the stator casing are disposed offset with respect to one another around the longitudinal axis of the stator casing, wherein each casing segment includes connection means and at least four casing segments engage with one another and form a composite. For the production of the stator casing, the casing segments are acted upon by an axial force component as a result of clamping, wherein the casing segments engage with one another, as a result of which a radial force component is generated and the composite is formed.

  • Publication number: 20140310053
Abstract: A system and method for providing a real-time business process suggestion and recommendation utilizing a business process modeler. A dynamic input from a business analyst can be incorporated utilizing a real-time suggestion engine. A real-time search can be performed by organizing a number of business processes in a tree structure where each leaf node represents a business process and each branch node represents a set of components that are shared by the business processes in a sub tree. A semantic execution path search can be performed to provide a real-time match between the partial business process and a catalogue of existing business processes by determining a constituent component and a score based on a reachability rule. The edges and/or components can be added and/or deleted to effectively organize the existing business processes based on previous suggestion to speed up a future suggestion.

  • Publication number: 20060253213
Abstract: Product descriptions (e.g., brochures) and processing instructions required to create a product (impose, print, fold, staple) can be abstracted into common vocabularies that link one to the other. A link from a product description to the processing instructions is made. A set of pre-defined templates containing specific processing instructions can be selected. Templates representing the processing instructions have a set of capabilities for the process network described. Templates representing the processing instructions can associate a set of well-defined queries regarding the product description, answers to which are used to complete process templates. A System of Classification when constructed can be used to classify a vocabulary to describe products and a separate vocabulary to describe required processing for the product(s). Once a System of Classification is established, templates for various product classes can be created.

  • Publication number: 20060026008
Abstract: A system and method generate and select an optimal job plan in response to a user's job request. The system may be implemented with an orchestrator that includes a user interface, a job plan generation manager, a job plan selector, and a job plan manager. The user interface communicates with a requesting user to receive a job request, user location and preference data, and provide a user with job plan status data. The job plan generator generates the permutations of job plans for implementing the requested job. The job plan selector computes the job plan scores for each of the generated job plans and selects the one that corresponds to the best score for some criterion. Data regarding the selected job plan may be provided to the user interface for communication to the user. The job plan manager supervises the service sites in accordance with the selected job plan and provides status information to the user interface for communication to the user.
