Abstract: A method and a system for managing sub-tenants (in a cloud computing environment. In one embodiment, the method includes receiving a request to access sub-set of data of an asset from the cloud computing system from a sub-tenant device associated with a sub-tenant of a tenant. The sub-tenant is associated with an asset. The request includes a sub-tenant identifier, a tenant identifier, and an asset identifier. The method includes determining whether the sub-tenant is authorized to access the requested sub-set of data of the asset using the sub-tenant identifier, the tenant identifier, and the asset identifier based on at least one role and associated permissions to access the requested sub-set data of the asset. If the sub-tenant is authorized to access the requested sub-set data of the asset, the method includes providing access to the requested sub-set data of the asset to the sub-tenant.

The automation device is controlled and/or regulated by means of a program. The communication connection is used by means of at least one instruction in the program for the data communication during the execution of the program. It is also possible to establish a communication, in particular, within the teleprogram.

Abstract: A method for monitoring a state of a technical installation includes the steps of transmitting, by using a web browser, via the Internet to web server software a user request to display a web page with first data relating to the technical installation, wherein the web server software has access to the first data, transmitting with the web server software the first data to first server software, transforming with the first server software the first data into first display data configured to be interpreted by the web server software, transmitting the first display data to the web server software for construction of the web page with the first data, and transmitting the constructed web page to the web browser for displaying the web page. A corresponding monitoring system using the method is also disclosed. Integration of a measuring device in the monitoring system is hereby facilitated.

The server adds to the pages identification data comprising at least one transmission identifier specific for the transmission of the page in such a manner that said data is transmitted back to the server if and only if the request on the client's end originates from the transmission of the page.
