Patent number: 11401715Abstract: A concrete construction element has a concrete base body with at least one flat side and an end face. An anchor rail is embedded in the concrete base body. A reinforcement component is provided that has a plate embedded in the concrete base body at a side of the anchor rail which is facing toward the end face of the concrete base body. The reinforcement component has two anchors fixedly connected to the plate, wherein the two anchors extend away from the plate to a side of the anchor rail which is facing away from the plate. The two anchors each have an end facing away from the plate, wherein the end has an anchoring section, wherein the anchoring section forms an undercut in a direction toward the plate.Type: GrantFiled: November 30, 2020Date of Patent: August 2, 2022Assignee: Leviat GmbHInventors: Fadi Mikdad, Dirk Albartus, Frank Häusler, Dieter Plamper-Hellwig

Patent number: 10590642Abstract: A fastening rail for embedding into a concrete element has one rail back, two rail lips and two rail longitudinal sides disposed opposite one another. The rail lips delimit a slot between them. The fastening rail is realized in an anchorless manner and forms at least one undercut from the rail back in the direction of the outside of the rail lips. To improve anchoring in concrete, the rail back has profiling on its outside which is remote from the rail lips. The fastening rail is advantageously embedded into a concrete element such that the outside of the rail lips lies flush with the surface of the concrete element. A method for making a fastening rail includes producing a profiling in at least one central region of a top side of a metal plate and reshaping the metal plate to form the rail back, rail longitudinal sides and rail lips.Type: GrantFiled: May 8, 2018Date of Patent: March 17, 2020Assignee: HALFEN GmbHInventors: Dirk Albartus, Vadim Saibel, Andrea Magiera, Kerstin Axt, Joerg Geus, Dieter Plamper-Hellwig, Frank Haeusler, Bastian Juschkat, Thomas Kalthoff

Patent number: 10384725Abstract: A motor vehicle body assembly includes a composite structural component having a connection flange, and a metallic body component or functional group having a connection flange. The connection flange of the composite structural component and the connection flange of the metallic body component or functional group bear on one another and extend substantially across a preferred connection flange direction. The composite structural component has at least one carbon fiber-plastics composite tier having a thermal expansion behavior that in the fiber direction is almost temperature-neutral, and at least one fiber-plastics composite tier having a thermal expansion behavior similar to that of metal. The carbon fibers of the carbon fiber-plastics composite tier in relation to the preferred connection flange direction enclose an angle a=30 to 60°, and the fibers of the fiber-plastics composite tier in relation to the preferred connection flange direction enclose an angle b=0 to 30°.Type: GrantFiled: November 14, 2017Date of Patent: August 20, 2019Assignee: DR. Patent number: 10161128Abstract: An anchor rail has a base body having a longitudinal groove that extends along a longitudinal center line of the anchor rail, and a rail back, fixed with an anchor, on the side opposite the longitudinal groove. The base body has a one front side perpendicular to the longitudinal center line and fixed with an end plate that protrudes beyond the rail back to the side of the base body facing away from the longitudinal groove and supports an anchoring element, which extends from the side of the end plate on which the base body is arranged. The end plate is flush to the front side and does not protrude into the base body. For a building structure with a concrete member, into which an anchor rail is cast, the longitudinal groove is on a first router side of the concrete member. The end plate runs along a second side of the concrete member and the anchoring element protrudes into the concrete member.Type: GrantFiled: June 12, 2017Date of Patent: December 25, 2018Assignee: HALFEN GMBHInventors: Dirk Albartus, Frank Haeusler, Roman Kramer, Yapeng Li
