Publication number: 20220157399Abstract: The automated test equipment is configured to establish communication, e.g. by uploading a program to the DUT using a first interface, such as a debug interface or a generic interface having access to the processing unit for external control. A typical use case of the first interface is debug access to the DUT, which typically requires limited data rates. In the case of the invention the first interface is an ATE access for test execution. The first interface configures the DUT to open a second interface running at much higher data rate, which is higher than the first interface, for additional communication. Additionally, the second interface may have extended capabilities compared to the first interface, such as presenting its own memory to the processing unit of the DUT as a normal system memory.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 4, 2022Publication date: May 19, 2022Inventors: Frank HENSEL, Olaf PÖPPE

Patent number: 10844900Abstract: A radial ball joint (1, 50, 70) for a vehicle having a housing (2, 51) for holding a joint ball (11) of a ball stud (6) so that the ball stud can rotate and pivot. An upper bearing shell (7), made from a steel sheet, is arranged between an inside wall (10) of the housing (2, 51) and the joint ball (11). The upper bearing shell (7) is in contact with the joint ball (11) over a contact zone (21) to provide the joint ball (11) with a circumferential slide bearing between its equator (12) and its upper pole (13). The upper bearing shell (7) is in the form of an annular, circumferentially closed drawn component and has in the contact zone (21) with the joint ball (11). A number of lubrication grooves (14), pass through a wall (20) of the upper bearing shell (7), in an embossment manner.Type: GrantFiled: September 26, 2016Date of Patent: November 24, 2020Assignee: ZF FRIEDRICHSHAFEN AGInventors: Günter Reddehase, Uwe Petersen, Dirk Sokolihs, Frank Hensel

Publication number: 20080281083Abstract: A polypeptide, which is expressed on the cell surface as a membrane-bound protein, is glycolyzed at one or more points (i.e., membrane glycoprotein) and has an amino acid sequence that corresponds partially or completely to that of the integrin binding protein p80 (accession #AJ131720) or REV1 (accession #AF206019.) The membrane glycoprotein, is expressed by neoplastic cells and not by non-neoplastic cells as an antigen, specifically binds the human monoclonal antibody PM-2 (DSM number: DSM ACC2600) and is, in addition, N-glycosidically and O-glucosidically linked. A related method is provided for the isolation or production of the antigen and for the use of the latter for producing a medicament for immunization. The isolated antigen can also be used to identify medicaments with an apoptotic cell-proliferation inhibiting action. The membrane glycoprotein can also be used as a tumor marker.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 10, 2005Publication date: November 13, 2008Applicant: PATRYS PTY LIMITEDInventors: Heinz Vollmers, Frank Hensel
