Patent number: 11332273Abstract: A container (100) includes a body (110) having an upper end (104) and a lower end (106). The upper end has an opening formed therethrough. The body defines a plurality of ribs (110) between the upper end and the lower end that are configured to actuate between an expanded state and a compressed state to vary a volume inside the body. A sleeve (500) is positioned at least partially around the body. The sleeve inhibits one or more of the plurality of ribs that are in the compressed state from actuating into the expanded state.Type: GrantFiled: December 10, 2018Date of Patent: May 17, 2022Assignee: Colgate-Palmolive CompanyInventor: Frank Hom

Patent number: 11033919Abstract: A dispenser includes a housing that defines a first opening and a second opening. The first opening provides a first path of fluid communication between a first interior volume of the housing and an exterior of the housing. The second opening provides a second path of fluid communication between a second interior volume of the housing and the exterior of the housing. A divider is positioned in the housing between the first interior volume and the second interior volume. The divider defines a third opening that provides a third path of fluid communication between the first interior volume and the second interior volume. A valve allows fluid to flow from the second interior volume, through the third opening, and into the first interior volume and prevents the fluid from flowing from the first interior volume, through the third opening, and into the second interior volume.Type: GrantFiled: December 1, 2016Date of Patent: June 15, 2021Assignee: Colgate-Palmolive CompanyInventors: Frank Hom, John Crawford

Patent number: 7463494Abstract: A system for inserting and extracting a plug-in module into and from an electronic equipment subrack is disclosed. In certain embodiments, the system includes an actuation device, an arm including a first guiding surface, and a second guiding surface on the module. At least a portion of the actuation device is located proximate a front edge of the module, while the arm is located proximate a rear edge of the module along which connectors are positioned. As the actuation device is moved in one direction, the arm is forced toward the module, causing the guiding surfaces to interact so that the arm engages a retaining component on the subrack. Opposite movement of the actuation device causes the arm to push away and disengage from the module. The actuation device in certain embodiments includes a lever and a drag link, or a push-pull rod coupled to a drag link.Type: GrantFiled: January 21, 2003Date of Patent: December 9, 2008Assignee: PEP West, Inc.Inventors: Robert W.
