Abstract: A hand held charger for a plurality of different manufacturers electronic hand devices capable of supplying electrical capacity in devices from the 3.6 to 4.2 volt range and capable of operating on lithium or rechargeable Li-Ion batteries, the charger having a sensing means to determine which type of batteries are presently installed in the charger, the charger having both a mini-USB and 3/32 stereo-mono input and a USB and 3/32 stereo-mono output, as well as incorporating a flashlight LED and capacity indicia indicator.

Abstract: A flashlight capable of serving as a power source for other portable electrical appliances, the flashlight having a front lens housing and bulb, a power housing secured to the lens housing, the power housing having a plurality of battery cells, and an end cap secured to the power housing, the adaptor means in a first embodiment being a 3/32 mono or stereo jack secured to the exterior body of the flashlight in communication with a pair of contacts interposed with the bulb of the flashlight, the 3/32 mono or stereo jack in communication with an electrical appliance needing power by means of a power cable, a second power cable with adaptor provides a means for recharging the batteries of the flashlight.

Abstract: An adaptor for a flashlight, the flashlight having a front lens housing and bulb, a power housing secured to the lens housing, the power housing having a plurality of C or D battery types in series and an end cap secured to said power house, the adaptor means in a first embodiment being a first conductor secured in a first insulator and interposed between said first battery and said bulb, a second insulating means secured about a second conductor means and secured to the end cap biasing means, said first conductor means and said second conductor means in electrical communication, a two prong, two conductor adaptor means secured through the face of the end cap and in electrical contact with the second conductor means when the end cap is secured to the power housing, the two prong, two conductor adaptor adapted to receive an electrically conducted communication means which communication means would have an appropriate plug in its opposing end for engagement with a jack on an electrical instrument having a deple
