Abstract: An integrated veiled message system for securely delivering messages over a communications network. Client devices transmit and receive messages over the communication network. Each client device is network enabled, associated with a user and has a client processor and a screen to compose and display messages. The network router routes each message to the recipient's client device. The client processor of the recipient's client device receives the recipient's message with a puzzle from the sender's client device. The puzzle being selected by the sender which partially or entirely covers the message when displayed on the screen on the recipient's client device.

The client processor of the recipient's client device renders and displays the recipient's message and accompanying veil on the screen to reveal and display only a portion of the message not covered by the accompanying veil.
