The system also includes a mobile computing device having a processor, data storage medium, communication unit, and user interface including a display. The mobile computing device is configured to receive via the user interface first end location information for a first cable, receive from the barcode scanner the first barcode of the first cable, and save and display the first end location information in association with the unique identifier of the first cable included in the first barcode.

    Abstract: An expanded beam connector has a MOST ferrule; a fiber to be retained within the MOST ferrule; and, a collimating lens abutting the fiber for expanding the optical beam of the fiber wherein the lens and fiber are in alignment to a common optic axis. In one embodiment, the collimating lens can have a conical cutout configured to aid in aligning the fiber to the common optic axis. In another embodiment, the collimating lens can have a semi-cylindrical tab protruding from the rear with a V-groove configured to interact with a flexible feature on the interior of the ferrule to align the fiber to the common optic axis.

Additionally, the cooling duct assembly comprises at least one side duct in fluid communication with the at least one main duct. The at least one side duct receives the cold air from the at least one main duct and routes the cold air to at least one side air intake opening on the electronic equipment.

The flange interface side of the waveguide flanges varies in accordance with the flange interface to which the waveguide is to be connected In this manner, a single waveguide can be manufactured and assembled for use with multiple waveguide flanges.
