    Abstract: A napkin holder comprised of two separate plates. Each plate is fastened with one pivot point to the same base. This pivot point is between the center and right end on one plate and between the center and the left end on the second plate. Thus, the pivot points being offset, will cause the plates to close when rotated in one direction and to open when rotated in the other direction.
