  • Patent number: 10844752
Abstract: An exhaust heat recovery system with a working fluid circuit. The exhaust heat recovery system has a heat exchanger connected in an exhaust line of an internal combustion engine. The heat exchanger is a part of the working fluid circuit together with at least one expansion machine, a condenser, and a fluid pump. The exhaust heat recovery system has a protective device. The protective device protects the exhaust heat recovery system against a leakage amount of the working fluid escaping from the working fluid circuit and igniting. The protective device has a reservoir which stores a medium. The reservoir is a gas reservoir and the medium is a gas.

  • Publication number: 20200284168
Abstract: The invention relates to an exhaust heat recovery system with a working fluid circuit 1, having a heat exchanger 2a connected in an exhaust line 3 of an internal combustion engine 5, wherein the heat exchanger 2a is a part of the working fluid circuit 1 together with at least one expansion machine 11, a condenser 12 and a fluid pump 15a. According to the invention, an exhaust heat recovery system is provided which is improved as compared with known systems. This is achieved in that the exhaust heat recovery system has a protective device. The protective device protects the exhaust heat recovery system against a leakage amount of the working fluid escaping from the working fluid circuit and igniting and has a reservoir which receives a medium, wherein the reservoir is a reservoir 20 and the medium is a gas.

  • Publication number: 20050136191
Abstract: During location-selective coating of areas of a substrate, other areas not to be coated are protected from coating by a mask. In order to provide a rapid location-selective coating of the substrate, a mask (3,3?) is arranged between a spray head (2) for spraying a coating material and the substrate (10) and travels with the spray head (2) during the coating process. Provisions are taken to avoid contamination of the mask (3,3?) during the coating process. The mask (3,3?) can include two elongated elements (3,3?), which define a coating slot, and a paper sheet (5) can be guided over the elongated elements (3,3?) to clean them during coating. Alternatively the mask can include two rotating disks, which define the coating slot, and excess coating material can be removed by rotating the disks.
