  • Patent number: 11307086
Abstract: A radiation field measuring device for the characterization of a radiation comprises a detector device and a reconstruction device. The detector device may have at least one detector camera, which contains at least one detector array arranged for the image recording of scattered radiation in a multiplicity of lateral directions that deviate from the longitudinal direction. The reconstruction device may be configured for the tomographic reconstruction of a field density of the scattered radiation in the radiation field.

  • Patent number: 11248956
Abstract: An optical arrangement has a light source, which emits a light beam along a first optical axis. A first reflector is provided, and a second reflector reflects light reflected by the first reflector. The first reflector has a transverse offset from the first optical axis to reflect light along a second optical axis which has a parallel offset of two times the transverse offset of the first optical axis. The second reflector reflects the light beam back to the first reflector along a third optical axis having a parallel offset with a fixed amount in a fixed transverse direction in relation to the second optical axis. The light beam is reflected by the first reflector along a fourth optical axis which has a parallel offset in relation to the first optical axis with a fixed amount counter to the fixed transverse direction.

  • Patent number: 9304079
Abstract: A gas analyzer for the absorption-spectroscopic in-situ determination of at least one chemical and/or physical parameter of a gaseous measurement medium, wherein the gas analyzer includes a first housing; at least one laser as a radiation source, which laser is arranged in the first housing; at least one first process window for coupling the radiation emitted by the laser into a measurement medium; and at least one detector by which, following interaction with the measurement medium, the radiation is detected. The first process window can be configured as an afocal meniscus lens having a convex surface and a concave surface.
