  • Patent number: 7926088
Abstract: A computer system receives from a user computer, an authorization code and an access instruction for at least one data record with person-related contents. It executes the access instruction only if the authorization code matches a comparison criterion which it determines on the basis of a data record code assigned to the data record. The data record code is specific at least to the person whose personal data the data record contains.

  • Patent number: 7689829
Abstract: A method is for the encryption and decryption of data by various users, in which a user is assigned a data key for encrypting and decrypting data. A data processing facility is designed to carry out the method and a storage medium is designed to store information for carrying out the method on a data processing facility. A first step involves the performance of a security check in order to ascertain the identity of the user. A second step involves a data key which cannot be viewed by the user, being assigned on the basis of the result of the security check. In this case, various users who, by way of example, can be associated with a common user group, can be assigned the same data key.

  • Patent number: 7540032
Abstract: An electronic data processing facility is for the processing of electronic data by changing users. The data processing facility runs an operating system for configuring the data processing facility and an application program for editing the data. It includes a data store for storing the data and a documentation memory for storing documentation data for documenting access to the data. It also includes a user object memory for storing user objects for authentication and documentation. The user object memory contains documentation user objects which can be stored in the documentation memory at the level of the application program for the purpose of documenting access to the data, and an authentication user object which can be assigned a right to access the data at the level of the operating system and which can be assigned a plurality of documentation user objects which are authenticated for this right as a result.

  • Publication number: 20070100658
Abstract: A computer transmits at least one medical case study to a central computer. The central computer determines classification features relating to the case study and a cross-reference to the case study, at which the case study can be called up by a user computer. Alternatively, the computer transmits the classification features and the cross-reference to the central computer. Classification features and a cross-reference are recorded by the central computer in a case study collection, thus forming or expanding this case study collection.

  • Publication number: 20050069226
Abstract: A method is for providing a sheet of film for digital image data records in medical imaging which are captured in a medical data acquisition center. An external service provider receives the digital image data records from the medical data acquisition center via a network. An exposure device is then used to prepare a sheet of film from the digital image data records. Finally, the sheet of film is sent to an addressee. As such, both the economic involvement and the time involvement of the medical data acquisition centers, for providing sheets of film from their digital image data records, is reduced.

  • Publication number: 20050068577
Abstract: A method is for converting image data records in medical imaging. An external service provider connected to a network receives the medical image data in the initial format via the network. He then converts them into the desired target format, and either sends them to the sender and/or to an addressee specified by the latter in the target format, or provides them for retrieval via the network. As such, the user's involvement in converting medical image data records, both in terms of economics and in terms of time, is reduced.

  • Publication number: 20040243579
Abstract: A cache portal of a database system receives an access request from an application for access to personal medical image data stored in the database system. The access request is directed as such only to the database system. The cache portal automatically determines a database of the database system in which the image data are stored, and forwards the access request to the database determined. It receives the image data from the database determined and communicates the data to the application.

  • Publication number: 20040117734
Abstract: A method and apparaptus are for the rule-based conversion of unstructured text information into a structured format. The method includes inputting structuring rules for structuring the unstructured text information and recording unstructured text information. The the unstructured text information is then parsed in order to produce small text fragments. Text units of the unstructured text information are then searched for text fragments defined in the structuring rules. The text fragments of the unstructured text information are structured on the basis of conditions stipulated in the structuring rules.

  • Publication number: 20040034547
Abstract: A medical device includes a storage device in which descriptions of examination orders which can be executed can be stored. The examination orders can be transferred to a planning medical system via a read-out interface. A selection of an examination order can be transferred by the planning medical system via an instruction-presetting interface. The selection can be received by the medical device via an instruction transfer interface and a corresponding job order can be executed.

  • Publication number: 20030177040
Abstract: References to personal medical data stored in individual computers are stored in a central computer, but not the personal medical data itself. The central computer receives from a user computer a request for personal medical data. It transmits to the user computer only the references to the corresponding personal medical data.

  • Publication number: 20030140231
Abstract: A reception computer automatically accepts an inquiry communicated from a user computer. The inquiry contains at least one inquirer identification, a question and a question authorization. The inquirer identification contains a user name and a password. The reception computer automatically compares the inquirer identification to inquirer authorizations deposited in an inquirer list. Only if coincidence exists, the reception computer automatically outputs the question to an operator of the reception computer via an output medium, so that the operator can directly perceive it.
