  • Publication number: 20230191424
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for setting an operating state of at least one mobile mineral machining plant, in particular a mobile mineral material crusher (10), wherein a processing device (100) is provided, to which an input unit (90) is assigned, wherein at least one characteristic material value of the feed material (KM) to be machined is entered into the input unit (90), wherein at least one characteristic material value (KE) of at least one end material to be produced using the mineral machining plant is entered into the input unit (90), wherein a target machine parameter (SP) or a target machine parameter set containing several target machine parameters (SP) is generated in the processing device (100), taking into account the characteristic material value of the feed material (KM) to be machined and the characteristic material value of the end material (KE) to be produced, and wherein the at least one target machine parameter (SP) or the target machine parameter set is transferred to a control dev

  • Patent number: 11214447
Abstract: The invention relates to a conveyor belt arrangement of a material processing device having a conveyor belt (20) and a receiving and adjustment mechanism for adjusting the conveyor belt between a transport position and a working position. To this end, the conveyor belt is mounted on bearing elements (40, 60), which are rotatably connected to receiving elements (30, 50) of the receiving and adjusting mechanism. According to the invention, the receiving elements are each coupled to a pivot bearing each having a pivot axis (30.1, 50.1) for the pivotable attachment to the material processing device, and at least one bearing element is connected to the conveyor belt in a linearly adjustable manner, and/or between the conveyor belt and the pivot bearing of at least one receiving element, a compensating mechanism is provided, by means of which a spacing change between the bearing elements can be compensated for.

  • Patent number: 11047455
Abstract: A belt tensioning device for a crusher or a screening machine for tensioning at least one circulating drive belt which is deflected about a belt pulley of a drive and has a load strand and an empty strand. The drive can be driven with a crushing assembly, a screening unit, a generator, or the like of the crusher by the drive belt. The vibrational stress acting on the machine chassis can be significantly reduced in that the belt tensioning device has two tensioning rollers each of which is rotatably mounted on a holder of a tensioning part. One tensioning roller is paired with the empty strand and the other is paired with the load strand. Additionally, the two tensioning parts can be adjusted relative to each other between an open position and a tensioning position, in which the tensioning parts are held against each other at least opposite the tensioning direction.

  • Publication number: 20190024763
Abstract: The invention relates to a belt tensioning device for a crusher or a screening machine for tensioning at least one circulating drive belt (20) which is deflected about a belt pulley (12) of a drive (10) and has a load strand (21) and an empty strand (22). The drive (10) can be driven with a crushing assembly, a screening unit, a generator, or the like of the crusher by means of the drive belt (20). The vibrational stress acting on the machine chassis can be significantly reduced in that the belt tensioning device has two tensioning rollers (47), each of which is rotatably mounted on a holder (41, 51) of a tensioning part (40, 50). One tensioning roller (47) is paired with the empty strand (22) and the other is paired with the load strand (21).
