Abstract: A tool for forming a tapered seat in wood subflooring for a drain fixture having a predetermined thickness comprising an inverted cup shaped cutting saw having a top and a depending circular skirt having saw teeth formed on the lower terminal edge of the skirt, and an adaptor mounted on the top of said stall saw, at least one cutting blade mounted on said adaptor having a cutting edge disposed angularly to relating to the axis of rotation of said saw and detent means limiting the cutting depth of the tool to form the tapered seat in the subflooring.

Abstract: A wall mounted display system is described. The display system comprises an extendable articulating arm assembly mounted into an enclosure that mounts between two wall studs. The mechanics of the arm assembly is such that the display monitor moves parallel to the wall as the arm is being extended. Once the arm is extended to the desired position, the monitor angle may be adjusted in both the vertical and horizontal dimensions, to allow an optimal viewing angle to be achieved. A remote control receiver allows a user to control the display mounting system with a remote control, eliminating the need to actually touch the display monitor.

Abstract: A cart assembly comprising a housing and a wheel assembly mounted in the housing, releasable locking means for selectively positioning said wheel assembly between operative and stored limit positions, a handle assembly and means for selectively positioning the handle between an outer operative limit position and an inner stored limit position inside the housing.
