  • Publication number: 20240147274
Abstract: Device, systems, and/or techniques for using sub-channel signaling information between an access point and a first station are disclosed. In one aspect, a method performed by a station (STA) includes: receiving, from a neighboring STA in an overlapping basic service set (OBSS), a physical (PHY) layer preamble that includes a signal field indicating a plurality of sub-bands and associated power thresholds for Uplink Orthogonal Frequency-Divisional Multiple Access (UL OFDMA) transmission, that are available for OBSS spatial reuse (SR) by the STA; and sending, to an AP with which the STA is associated, an UL OFDMA transmission using a sub-band of the plurality of sub-bands and an associated power threshold indicated in the signal field. Additional embodiments are disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20240120972
Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for multiple input-multiple output (MIMO) channel access are provided herein. A method performed by a station (STA) may include receiving, from an initiating STA, a frame including information indicating a broadcast address and a control trailer. The control trailer may include information indicating that a multi-user multiple input-multiple output (MU-MIMO) frame is to be received from the initiating STA, and information indicative of a plurality of STAs, the plurality of STAs including the STA. The method may include transmitting a response frame to the indicated broadcast address based on the received frame and receiving the MU-MIMO frame from the initiating STA.

  • Publication number: 20240107537
Abstract: A method of multi-access point (multi-AP) communication performed by a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) comprises: receiving a first trigger frame from a first access point (AP) of a plurality of APs, the first trigger frame comprising first information; receiving a second trigger frame from a second AP of the plurality of APs at a predetermined time duration after receiving the first trigger frame, the second trigger frame also comprising the first information of the first trigger frame; generating a synchronization frame based on the first trigger frame and the second trigger frame, the synchronization frame comprising synchronization information; transmitting the synchronization frame to at least the first AP and the second AP; and receiving a data transmission based on the synchronization information from each of the first AP and the second AP.

  • Publication number: 20240089866
Abstract: Methods and apparatuses are described herein for adapting clear channel assessment (CCA) thresholds with or without Transmit Power Control (TPC) are disclosed. An IEEE 802.11 station (STA) may dynamically calculate a STA specific transmit power control (TPC) value and a STA specific clear channel assessment (CCA) value based on a target TPC parameter and a target CCA parameter. The target TPC parameter and the target CCA parameter may be received from an IEEE 802.11 cluster head configured to control TPC and CCA for a plurality of STAs associated with the BSS. The target TPC parameter and the target CCA parameter also may be related. The STA may then determine whether a carrier sense multiple access (CSMA) wireless medium of a wireless local area network (WLAN) basic service set (BSS) is occupied or idle based on the STA specific CCA value.

  • Patent number: 11922489
Abstract: A camera is used to capture image data of representations of a physical environment. Planes and surfaces are determined from a representation. The planes and the surfaces are analyzed using relationships there between to obtain shapes and depth information for available spaces within the physical environment. Locations of the camera with respect to the physical environment are determined. The shapes and the depth information are analyzed using a trained neural network to determine items fitting the available spaces. A live camera view is overlaid with a selection from the items to provide an augmented reality (AR) view of the physical environment from an individual location of the locations. The AR view is enabled so that a user can port to a different location than the individual location by an input received to the AR view while the selection from the items remains anchored to the individual location.

  • Patent number: 6175838
Abstract: Conventionally, a web site stores Internet data indicating file access status for the files that have been accessed in response to requests from web browsers. Unfortunately, the Internet data are kept as a set of separate and non-correlated data records that are chronologically arranged according to the times at which the requests have been received and processed. Consequently, the Internet data are not arranged meaningful to management and business operation. The present invention correlates web page files (HTML, SHTML, DHTML, or CGI files) with other type files (GIF, JPEG, or AVI files), so that the Internet data can be presented in a format meaningful to management and business operation.
