  • Patent number: 12589543
Abstract: A method for producing at least one molded, filled and sealed container product (10) includes at least the method steps of: extruding a hose (32) by an extrusion device (12) using supporting gas in vertical extrusion direction in a preforming position; sealing the hose (32) at its lower end and cutting it at its upper open end; cutting the parison (22) to length; transporting the cut parison by a gripper device (20) in linear transport direction transverse to the extrusion direction from the preforming position into an opened molding tool (18); transferring the parison (22) into the opened molding tool (18) by the gripper device (20) in a main forming position; sealing the molding tool (18) for further forming of the parison (22) by a pressure gradient; filling and sealing the parison (22); and returning the gripper device (20) to the preforming position for a repeated sequence of the above method steps.

  • Publication number: 20260084364
Abstract: The disclosure relates to an apparatus for producing container products from plastics materials. The apparatus comprises a moulding device to which a moulding tube made of plasticised material can be supplied by extrusion, and which moulding device has moulding surfaces which are movable and reproduce a specifiable container geometry, on which the moulding tube can be placed for a shaping, filling and/or sealing process. A guiding and holding device is provided, which can be controlled such that, in at least one functional position outside the moulding region of the moulding device, guiding and holding parts act on the plastics material that surrounds the finished container products, wherein the plastics material establishes a material connection between a finished container product that has already left the moulding device and an at least partly finished container product that is still in the moulding device, can be separated by a separating device.

  • Patent number: 11591126
Abstract: A method for joining at least two plastic parts (1, 5) along a predeterminable common joining point using infrared radiation (IR), is characterized in that each of the plastic parts (1, 5) to be joined is heated using infrared radiation at least along the joint by radiation sources without touching the respective plastic parts (1, 5). One radiation source is operated independently and spatially separated from the other radiation source. The radiation sources emit their respective infrared radiation to the respective plastic parts (1, 5) without contact and following the contour of the joint. The degree of heating by the respective infrared radiation is selected such that the joint is formed when the plastic parts (1, 5) are brought together.

Abstract: Method and apparatus for joining at least two plastic parts. A method for joining at least two plastic parts (1, 5) along a predeterminable common joining point using infrared radiation (IR), is characterized in that each of the plastic parts (1, 5) to be joined is heated using infrared radiation at least along the joint by means of an assignable radiation source without touching the respective other plastic part (1, 5), that the respective one radiation source is operated independently and spatially separated from at least one further radiation source, that the radiation sources emit their respective infrared radiation to the respective assignable plastic part (1, 5) without contact and following the contour of the joint, and that the degree of heating by means of the respective infrared radiation is selected such that the joint is formed when the plastic parts (1, 5) are brought together.
