Abstract: Fabric and home care compositions including a surfactant and a protease. The automatic dishwashing composition is in the form of a water-soluble unit-dose pouch including a compartment. The compartment includes both a powder component and a gel component. The protease is a subtilisin variant that includes: (i) a mutation at position 122; and (ii) one or more mutations at positions 126, 127, 128, 211 and 212, with reference to SEQ ID NO: 1. The variant has at least about 80% identity to the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1.

Abstract: Described herein are systems and methods related to a converter including a first input, a second input, and a number of digital to analog converter (DAC) cells. A DAC cell includes a first circuit, a first leg associated with a first output of the DAC cell, and a second leg associated with a second output of the DAC cell. The first circuit is configured to provide a return to zero operation. The DAC cell is configured to provide a data magnitude at a polarity on at least one of the first leg or the second leg during at least a portion of the clock cycle. The data magnitude and the polarity being provided in accordance with a first signal at the first input and a second signal at the second input.

Abstract: Described herein are systems and methods related to a converter includes a number of unit cells. The unit cells each include a first transistor and a second transistor. The first transistor is coupled in series with an output of the unit cell, and the second transistor is configured to have a capacitive characteristic that reduces a non-linear capacitive characteristic of the first transistor. The converter can be a voltage or current mode digital to analog converter.

Abstract: A phosphate-free automatic dishwashing cleaning composition comprising i) a protease wherein the protease is a variant having at least 60% identity with the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:1 and comprising at least one amino acid substitution (using the SEQ ID NO: 1 numbering) selected from the group consisting of X54T; X126A, D, G, V, E, K, I; X127E, S, T, A, P, G, C; and X128E, C, T, D, P, G, L, Y, N; and ii) from 10 to 50% by weight of the composition of a complexing agent system comprising from 0 to less than 30% by weight of the composition of citric acid.
